Mlerner is an established member. It seems like these trade/prize winnings that are owed are all very recent.

Spikepit

Mlerner is a very unique and established persona and even respected standing outside this trial (and the occasional necrapost 😜). Even as one of the people involved with this trial, I'm going with I doubt that he's been a person of ill repute previously banned. Let's not jump to accusations of this caliber (especially in public eye) until the trial is done or until we mods have done our research into such allegations.

Mlerner's rep has been besmirched enough by this opened trial and I believe he may have learnt his lesson from us speaking up and calling him out on his discrepancy of truths. There's no need for the {angry mob} to make a Frankenstein's Monster out of him.

I've been doing some reading, but didn't someone else trade well with many users and then asked for high dollar trades and ripped people off?

My point is, just because someone has been a good trader in the past, doesn't make them any more reputable.

But these haven't been trades (except for spikepit but it's only been a couple of days). What this trial is about is the 5 rare giveaway.

Moneekahh

Well, he did a trade with my finace a month ago with no cards recieved on our end. So there's that as well.

Spikepit

The trade with me began the 23rd of November and I sent mine only a few days later. There's that too, but let's not jump to conclusions yet.

...yet.

Had no idea. Sorry about that.

Partly. That's irrelevant nonetheless.

Explain to me how it is irrelevant.

MuggyWuggy

Well all that can be said now is to wait and see if he sent the cards. I highly doubt anyone will trade with him until this is resolved.

How is the nature of the deal relevant? If you take part in a trade or a game where you agree to send cards to someone and don't, there's a problem.

In the giveaway every person before giving cards away, wins cards from someone else so if you keep receiving cards but aren't sending any that's exactly the same as trading with someone and not sending your end....

The nature of the crime is relevant.

NyghtHawk

Taking part in a game where you win and in turn giveaway but don't is deceiving/stealing all the same.

Values may be different but stealing is stealing.

Mlerner may not be a thief but the trial is to make sure he comes clean or rectifies the situation.

Why does this really have to be explained?

It doesn't.
So as previously suggested, let's make a pot of tea, get a good book and just wait patiently until the cards arrive, he rectifies it by other means or we (Mods) do our thing.

Arbitratur

I think we need to hear about {imthelolrus}. {Mlerner12} has made statements, (wild statements) at that, about the first 3 people, what about {imthelolrus}? How come he has not gotten his cards yet? Are they going to be sent out?

*FYI, I added his name to the victim list {Moneekahh}.
