Too bad {dual nature} and {doubling season} are not EDH, otherwise you could pair them with {parallel lives} for some absolutely nuts draw with Zagana, even if you have to sac all but one zagana due to the legends rule.
Course if you did play them, you could always toss in a {mirror gallery} to ignore said rule...

Why aren't Dual Nature and Doubling Season EDH? They're perfectly legal. Unless you meant color-wise, in which case that is easily fixed by making your general Simic or Bant. And I think that's what we've decided to do here.

Hell, if we want to go for mass draw, let's throw in {Kozilek, Butcher of Truth}, {Harmonize}, {Greater Good}, {Coastal Piracy}, {Stroke of Genius}, {Blue Sun's Zenith}, {Braingeyser}, {Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur} (who's also good at being a dick move), ... Just about every draw card in the game. Also, since we're currently looking at Simic, we can run {Yavimaya Elder} for mana fixing and MOAR DRAW!

And the win con? I dunno, let's make {Deadeye Navigator} plus {Palinchron} (which we can do with {Tooth and Nail}) to make infinite mana, and then... Do whatever the hell we want with it.
