Try presence of gond and blood artist with {illness in the ranks}, and the {thornbite staff}, or if you can go to 3 colours {goblin sharpshooter}

Yes, because it can be used at instant speed. Or so I believe.

*holds hands up* my bad. I was under the false impression instant speed normally allowed only interrupt before or after, meaning you couldn't tap for the enchantment until after upkeep.

Tap artifact and sac token, 1 damage.
Tap guard again, untap artifact and guard, and get token.... Ad infinitum!
