I'm thinking about making a Norin deck and need help its going to be {R}{U}{B}{W} I need a some really good flicker and blink cards

 {Nevermaker} is my personal favorite. {Solemn Simulacrum} for land grab,  {Archaeomancer},  {Wall of Omens},  {Augury Owl},  {Conjurer's Closet}...I run a white/blue deck, so I don't know anything about your other colors. Hope this helps!
