Thanks to Gwupit for bringing to my attention this Standard infinite mana combo:
{Havengul Lich} + {Heartless Summoning} + {Priest of Urabrask}

You can also toss in {Burning Vengance}  and {Secrets of the Dead} to take advantage of this combo.
