Free Instant Draw

Are there any other actually no mana required instant draw like {street wraith}?  I want to draw on my opponent's turn without having put down any mana.  If it helps, I'm looking for instants and creatures.  I already have {mystical tutor} and {summoner's pact} and {vampric tutor}.  I'm looking for better, faster, cheaper options to put it into my hand.
