It's 5 for +4/+2 that can be flashed in that survives a verdict by coming back as a 4/2 that can also come in as a 4/2 for 3 cmc if needed that also helps your {ethereal armor} which I know your running if your piloting a GW hexproof deck. So no, it's not too expensive. If it could not be flashed in then yes it would be too expensive. It's a really nice combat trick. I run 3 in my deck and also love it. Playtest it and if u don't like it then take it out. But it is seriously good though.
