Looks awesome to me. I would try and toss in shipwreck singer just incase the other 3 illnesses are buried somewhere or something. But that's just me

 {Shipwreck Singer} is a good idea, but {Jace, architect of thought} serves the same purpose of blunting their assualt as well as drawing deeper into the deck. However that is a great budget option.

Pirate John

Funny deck. Just beats tokens senseless. Seems a tad overboard to play all that {Quicken}

Kaleo42

{Quicken} does a lot for the deck.
Cycling into much needed cards
Instant speed curse and divination
Allows better responses to haste and flash
Mind games opponent into question what untapped mana really means

Noticed that, but using it with those cards makes it a T4 play at the soonest. Having played that boardwipe-happy Esper deck last format, I can't say much for its ability to thin decks

True it's not what im used to, but it's at least relevant at all points during the game. Draw it early then cantrip, mid game flash, late game maintain open mana and board advantage. I also like that you draw before choosing what if anything to use the flash effect on. It's not the best but it fills a much needed roll.
