Mill questions

I am trying to build a modern mill deck that I want mono blue. I want some ideas. Card suggestions. Are there any blue cards that give you life with no drawback?? Any deck lists will be appreciated. Mono.

Modern? If so {Traumatize}, {DreamTwist}, {Sleight of Hand}, {Jace's Erasure},  {Thiught Scour} and {Tome Scour work nicely, and maybe splash black for 3 {Mind Funeral} and 3 of that one 2 drop Guildlact mill 10 thing

Splash black. {Glimpse the Unthinkable} is one of the best mill spells you'll see.

It's also really fun to Cipher things onto {Invisible Stalker} and swing away! Hexproof/Unblockable!!!

Why do you want it mono blue? Needs black to stand a chance in modern, IMO.

I ran a mono blue mill deck but recently switched to BU.
Access to cards like  {Breaking // Entering}  {Mind Funeral}  {Glimpse the Unthinkable}  {Consuming Aberration} and the cypher cards is amazing.

My favorite deck is my dimir mill. U need to play black so u can use {consuming abberation}
It's so OP once I got it to about 40/40 and made it unblock able with {rogues passage}
