In my play group, everyone is just like "Target sighted" if you play and pop a -3 on Sorin Markov. Unless you just have an impenetrable board state

Most of my EDH group played red so Sorin didn't last that long after I -3'd . No one worried about him. Everyone was too busy trying to kill the Azusa player's threats.

Pack in some planeswalkers

I recommend  {Sorin Markov} and {Ajani Vengeant}

{Chandra Pyromaster} too, unless you're too budgeted.

I run Ajani vengeant and Sorin Markov as well as  {Liliana Vess} in my Kaalia deck. Liliana's tutor ability has proven to be helpful.
