So it can enter as a "non-creature" therefor not trigger trostani's voice?

Correct. Although, in every other zone (graveyard, hand, exile, library, etc.) it is a creature and enchantment. So your opponent can't use {duress} to force you to discard.

No. Only once when you initially cast Thassa. She's not leaving and entering the field. She's simply changing card types
