As of right now, no. I posted asking people if we should allow people to use cards with the tribe in the name and only 1 person responded saying yes.

The matches will begin whenever I post them on Sunday (I will try to make them as close to 1 pm or noon as possible) and you have until the following Sunday at noon to finish. As for what happens if people can't play, check the first post, there is a list of rules there.
