I want to build a new deck. Preferably something agroish that's not on the expensive side.

I'd recommend RDW. Modern I think, but it really doesn't matter. They're very fast!

What exactly is rdw?

Red Deck Wins. It's mono-red agro deck.

Red deck wins, use low CMC to get fast wins before the opponent can really react.

RDW=Red Deck Wins
Basically a bunch of burn spells and spells that either kill their creatures before they can do anything or even just burn your opponent so a deck might be like:
4x {Guttersnipe}
4x {Young Pyromancer}
4x {Boros Reckoner}
4x {Stormbreath Dragon}
2x {Purphoros, God of the Forge}
2x {Chandra, Pyromaster}
4x {Lightning Strike}
4x {Shock}
4x {Skullcrack}
4x {Lava Axe}

Literally made that up as I was typing lol but that's a general idea

creatures like {Legion Loyalist} too, that's why I like modern more {Goblin Huide}, etc!

If you're not worried about making it Standard, {Hellrider} and {Vexing Devil} are great.

As you can see, mono red is my favorite, and also the first deck I built.
