Nylea's presence

This question has been circling my playgroup and I feel it needs to be answered.  {Nylea's Presence} makes any land a "{mountain}" "{fores}t" "{plains}" "{island}" "{swamp}" in addition to its other types.  Before now I believe any card with these types have "{T}: add {R}/{G}/{W}/{U}/{B} to your mana pool." In parentheses because there's no need to print this on every land, every set.  So can you tap, say a basic {forest} enchanted with {nylea's presence} for white mana or not?
