I use blue all the time. Of course it's with an other color mostly with white or black, I'd I play legacy I play {Hide Tide} a mono-blue deck.

Blue based control decks are always fun to play not so much to play against though. Of course I only play blue based control decks or straight mono-blue like {High Tide}.

Yes because there usally very permission heavy type decks. Meaning whatever you try to cast could get countered or bounced.
