Mana help

Well I was wondering if someone could give me some ideas to make sure I don't have too much of one mana in my deck (I run a black white orzhov deck check my page for details) but I seem to always get stuck pulling too much of one color and not enough of the other I constantly find myself begging for that one swamp or that one plains to use my mulitcolors. It's so frustrating any help Is great and I thank you so much.
Are there like certain cards I should look for to help me? (That hopefully don't get too pricey please)

Some artifacts that may help...

{prophetic prism} you can draw a card when you play it and for a cost of one colourless you can add a mana of any colour so it basically just makes one of your plains give a black instead xD or swamp giving a black haha

{darksteel ingot} 3 to bring out, gives any mana and indistructable

{orzhov cluestone} good to start with until you're happy with the number of swamps and plains you have out.. Then just sacrifice it to draw a card.

I was thinking  {Orzhov Basilica} or  {Marsh Flats} but marsh flats is so pricey :/

{orzhov balisca}s are pretty cheap. I got them for 25¢ each at the comic store. Check a nearby store for those
