I was brewing something similar. Although, mine isn't all-in on heroic, nor did I make a full list. {Boros Charm}s are a must, and I had stuff like {Young Pyromancer}, {Archangel of Thune}, {Brave the Elements}/{Gods Willing} (some type of split between those), a couple {Elspeth, Sun's Champion}, etc. I was also considering an inclusion of {Flames of the Firebrand} to trigger heroic multiple times and possibly be straight burn. Possibly a few cheap auras, but I'm not sure. Let me know if this helps!

I'd try ad work in {boros reckoner}. It's a really really nice devotion card

Really cool looking list. Nice use of  {Coordinated Assault} triggers heroic 2x
Totally agree with boros charm.
Maybe see if  {Fiendslayer Paladin} can find a home. Could get in some serious damage quick.

Ahhhh yup. Stand corrected. Read that again. "Up to two". Still cool tho. Can trigger heroic on Two creatures. Haha.
