I'm thinking that any red wrath spell would do. For example:

{Blasphemous Act} {9}{R}{R}{R}{R}
Enchantment

Blasphemous Act enters the battlefield with 13 wrath counters on it.

Whenever a player casts a red spell, put a wrath counter on Blasphemous Act.

Whenever a player casts a non-red spell, remove a wrath counter from Blasphemous Act.

When Blasphemous Act has no wrath counters on it, Blasphemous Act deals 13 damage to up to 13 target creatures and or players.

Or make it even more random. Make a deck that's only purpose is to randomly burn stuff, a chaotic deck.

{Worldfire} {7}{R}{R}{R}
Enchantment

Worldfire enters the battlefeild with twelve wrath counters on it.

Whenever a player casts a red spell,put a wrath counter on Worldfire.

Whenever a player casts a non-red spell,remove a wrath counter from Worldfire.

When Worldfir has no wrath counters on it,all players exile all permanents, all cards in their hands and graveyards.Each players  life total is reduced to 1.

This Is A good idea! To make it a little more fun, I think there must be 5 players- 1 mono red, 1izzet, 1 gruul, 1 Boros, and 1 Rakdos player! That would cause havoc... And all 2-colour need 12 of each of their lands and 18 cards of their colours....

Actually ya perfect! Make them all aggro decks so there is a chance to win before the APOCALYPSE!! Lol

To make people be really inventive, lets maje them have only 35 cards in a deck!

You need to make "Worldfire" insestructible, it doesn't say that on your thing

Coffee Vampire

I have an idea: the apocalypse deck will be a 100 card singleton deck with no lands. 5 colors. All the cards of each color that affects all players, like {Worldfire}, {Time Reversal}, {Akroma's Vengeance}, and such. The deck will be controlled by no one. Other players play as normal. When it is the deck's turn, it flips the top card. Roll a d20. It gains suspend x, where x is what you rolled.

Best idea yet! It's simple, effective, and fun.

Yea that Idea is amazing. But could someone help me put together a singleton deck for that. I don't know and cards before m13

And I think all cards that impact the entire board should just enter the battlefield. It skips the stack. It is indestructible. They are enchantments. When ever these cards enter the battlefield they gain X amount of wrath counters. We're X is either the amount of mana tapped by any amount of players or of number rolled on a d20. The abilitys can't be foged, or intercepted. Also when ever a player cast a card of the same color of the wrath enchantment put a wrath counter on the enchantment. When ever a color is casted that is not of the color of the enchantment remove one wrath counter. When the wrath counters become 0 the ability of the card goes off.
