I can't backup to pc

Hello I can't backup up to my pc it gives me an error that says cannot coPy inbOx because there is a dublicate file was selected???

Is there any way I can go into inbox to see whats in it that's causing the problem

I ran the backup of imtg then I sync my phone to pc then when it finished I did save as selected all the files and selected an empty folder on my pc it started to transfer the files and when it got to inbox I got the error... I tried opening the inbox folder in iTunes but I couldn't ... I then selected all files except inbox and did the save as and everything saved is the inbox file important? Should I make a new empty one and switch it out?

This is iTunes problem as far as I understand.

A few days ago I emailed myself a deck From imtg I then renamed it in imtg and I'm pretty sure it asked me twice to if I wanted to load deck I said yes twice then imtg crashed I think that is the cause so I don't think it's an iTunes problem but is the inbox file important or is it just for emailed stuff ? Can I replace it with an empty file?

iMtG does not create any file nor folder with 'inbox' in it.
