While you have it, {Exquisite Blood}/{Sanguine Bond} or {Vizkopa Guildmage}

{Fiendslayer Paladin}

And {Precinct Captain} doesn't gain life, but is solid

{Blind Obedience} is solid as well

{Archangel of Thune} of course, and {Desecration Demon}. Perhaps {Alms Beast}? {Doom Blade} and other removal as well
