You might want to consider {{Liliana of the Veil}} It gets stuff from your hand to the graveyard and gives you a threat people have to respond to. Also, since you don't have a lot of creatures you want on the board, throw in some {{damnation}}

Well it's modern so you need 4 {verdant catacomb}.  You have forests, so you need 4 {dryAd arbor}.  Other than that, I've got nothing.

If you want to splash res, {vexing devil} is a really good idea.
