Yep bc when a deathtouch creatures deals any amt. of damage to another creature that creature dies.

Yes because 1 damage felt to any creature by another creature with death touch is considered lethal

Notice how on deathtouch it says any amt. of damage. So in this case the Hydra dies hope this helps!

Just a further note, the current abilities that function in fight are those that say just damage not combat damage and those are, deathtouch, lifelink, and infect
