Cheap card

Whats the cheapest card in magic?  I don't mean cheap as in price, but the card that makes you wanna quit the game and punch babies holding kittens. For me it's Jace all because he has a zero ability that makes me mill ten cards. That's just so cheap and annoying it should at least be a -1 ability.

Mass land descruction - {Armageddon}, {Balancing Act} (as my buddy plays it).  You know you're having a great time playing your favorite game when you are stripped of your hand and permanents and slowly wait for a lonely {Anurid Brushhopper} to kill 4 people.  weee.
