I would disagree. Not completely though. Someone's personality isn't as black and white as that. And I don't think it has a STRONG (notice how I didn't say "no") correlation to skill level

There's not much for us to do- karma is there for people to give or take as they see fit.
Generally I give negative karma when someone makes a post like this. HunterofFire decided to give me negative karma because he didnt like Piotr and I mentioning how I had 69 karma.

As you can see, reasoning varies and there is little we can do to limit karma actions.

True. But if one person keeps giving neg on the same post it's not right. I was referencing his first post where he said he got three neg's on the post.
