{Flayer Husk}  {Golem's Heart} and  {Rusted Relic} are on my opponents side of the field. Flayer Husk is equipped to Rusted Relic. I use  {Switcheroo} and gain control of Rusted Relic but I don't have any artifacts in play. Do both Rusted Relic AND Flayer Husk come to my side and can I re-equip Flayer Husk to one of my creature? I can further explain this if needed.

I'm talking about both. Rusted Relic AND Flayer Husk become "mine" (till end of game). Right?

1. Gaining control of a creature does not give you control of auras and equipments attached to the creature.

2. Flayer husk will fall off and remain under your opponents control when you take the unanimated rusted relic.

3. Even if you had 2 other artifacts when you grabbed the relic, the flayer husk will remain attached to the relic only as long as its controller (your opponent) wishes and he/she is free to reequip it to any of his/her creatures he/she controls

Crapshooter

Wrong, you're taking only the creature, the equipment still belongs to the owner and since you don't have any artifacts, the  {Rusted Relic} would stop being a creature and the equipment would drop off and go back to the owner. The only thing that I'm unsure of is wether you get to keep the relic, I believe you would, but since it stops being a creature you may not.

No.

I assume you have a creature to switch with  {Rusted Relic}. At the time switcheroo resolves it is a creature but once it reaches your side it turns back to an artifact.

Since it is a creature no more, the equipment will not be attached.

Anyway, even if it is a creature, the equipment is attached to  {Rusted Relic} but the controller of the equipment (which is still you opponent) can choose to attach to another of his creatures.

The controller of an aura or equipment being attached to a permanent remains unchanged even though the attached permanent changes control.

To clear all this up...

You gain control of the relic. The husk is still equipped to it. You do not control the husk. The next time a player would recieve priority (the chance to do anything) the relic would cease being a creature and the husk would therefore fall off (remaining under it's owner's control).
