I do believe she told off rarity once when she asked for fluttershy's opinion (the dress).  There was also an episode when she finally stood up to the bunny (don't know his name cause I don't watch the show, my ex was insane about it, I really only cared for fluttershy cause she is so epic) and finally made him eat a salad.
