I'll start by saying a card's name and the next person must say the name of a card that starts with the last letter of the previous card and so on...
Ex:
I say {Lightning Bolt} ends with T
Next person says {Thragtusk} starts with T ends with K
Next person says {Karn Liberated} starts with K ends with D
Etc...
