As there would be two triggers now on the stack, you are able to put them in the order to give you the most favorable outcome, (unless you don't want to)

Yep. 6 life when it enters with trostani and 6 life when it attacks or blocks. (With anthem)

For the things that are like the anthem and the ascendant, these are just "things that are so"
Where as the crusade is more of a "when stuff happens" type of thing.

Okay I have a question it doesn't involve Trostani but an evolve creature let's say  {Experiment One} and say it had a counter on it would a  {Flinthoof Boar} evolve it? If there is a mountain in play

Yep, for the same reason. If you have a mountain it will enter as a 3/3, the little evolving guy is only a 2/2 so it will evolve.
