I'm thinking Piotr wants to have the spoilers on imtg. It would help phone users out exponentially. WotC mail me the spoilers and special offers so that makes it easier for(a phone user) but not everyone has that.

Quite frankly...i have no clue lol. I bought cards off of tcg a few times and they started emailing me with specials and new releases.

I believes he is asking for a new card preview for iMtG. That is my understanding. I believe it's done through the social media manager, but one could ask Mark Rosewater, he's good about pointing folks in the proper direction.
