I know the unspoken rule for posting is if you do t know, don't answer but the wording on blind obedience says that they enter tapped, and do not become tapped as  {Gideon's Avenger} says.

Good work. If it didnt say "enters tapped" then artifacts could be tapped in response to the trigger caused by "when they enter tap them."
