This is correct. {Progenitus} has a replacement effect that sends him to the library instead of the graveyard when he "dies." The Leyline will never trigger, since Progenitus never hits the grave.

Actually leyline is also a replacement effect. Progenitus will go wherever its owner chooses.
Could it go to Starbucks? That'd be a pretty awesome sight...
