When are stores allowed to give out the packs?

When the game was released. So yesterday and the day before

@ Swallowtail:  This is correct.  Since {Deadly Recluse} has deathtouch it only has to assign one damage to your blocker since any non-zero amount of damage is lethal when deathtouch is involved.  The remaining 7 damage will trample over.  There's a thread on the rules section that discusses some of the interesting things that happen with deathtouch; it can be kinda weird the way the rulings work.

I got my pack last night, guy didn't. Even take my number down...gonna go redeem again when friends are working at my LGS!

I'd say $10 to start and then after time it will go up as collectors are interested in it.

Chances are most shops will just open and resell the promos themselves if no one claims them within a month or two.

It actually isn't a promo.  It's the normal m14 card as far as I can tell.  Will the foil price be cheaper than the normal price?

So I broke down and bought dotp, I admit mostly for the promo pack But... When I go to print out the voucher, it prints a voucher with a blank box where the code should be (and the code is there on my comp/browser - it just doesn't print. Not a printer issue, ink is fine, it shows the box blank on print preview). Anyone else experiencing this issue and/or know how I can get my voucher properly? I'll have to call my LGS and ask them about it, maybe they'll take the blank one.

Random question...
Does anyone know who Ramaz is?
Was he ever mentioned before in anything pr is he just for the storyline of DotP?
PS I finished the campaign but not the Revenge campaign.
