Hypothetical Helvault scenario.

I'm building a deck, and I have a combo in mind. However, I don't even think it would work, due to wording.  Here's the scenario:

I have {Helvault}, {Bazaar Trader}, and {Phage, The Untouchable} in play. using the {Bazaar Trader}, I generously give Phage to my opponent, then exile her with the {Helvault}. If the {Helvault} is destroyed, I assume that I lose the game, due to being the technical owner of Phage, or my opponent, for being the controller? I would appreciate clarification

Oh, that's what I thought, oh well I'll have to find some other way to make this work, then...

If there's a way to return it under controllers control, thatd work. Hmmmmm

Yeah, unless you sell them Phage in the middle of the game, you are still the owner.
An easier way is with {Summoner's Egg} in stead of {Helvault}.
