I think something like {Nimbus Maze} would be sweet. That article* says we're getting some sort of lands in Theros, but they won't allow as much flexibility for tri-colored decks like our current mana base does.

I may be alone in this. Though I'm saying it anyway, I'm hoping Huewy, dewy and loui is dinosaur world! I just loved the simplicity in design, and really want to make a dinosaur deck! One can only hope!

Mlerner12

Didn't WoTC say theros was geared forwards beginners?

I would love an introduction of dinosaurs, but I'm not sure how a whole block could cover it and how it would be received...

Tidds123

I would love to see some Dino's too.  But isn't WoTC doing a  NEW plane block and RETURN to plane Block pattern now. Or has that just been lately???

TheRagingMage

What pattern?  New phyrexia was based on mirrodin, WotC said that innastrad was based on onslaught, and return to Ravnica is obviously based on Ravnica.

TheRagingMage

Well, I guess innastrad wasn't the same plane as onslaught, but it was based on it.

What if its like the one that's this if you haven't played a land, but that if you did. Forget what's its called, buts the colors are {U}{B} its in future sight
{River of Tears}. That's the only one with that effect. Each other combination of colors does something different. {Grove of the Burn-Willows}, {Nimbus Maze}, {Graven Cairns}, etc.

Graven Cairns is in a completely different cycle

Birdbrain

What if dinosaur world (we got a glimps of it in future sight, and again in modern masters) is realy domainiria when magic first became available to them? What if if we go to dinosaur world, we are traveling into the past?

Birdbrain

Or, maybe it could have been created from Dominiria's long past during the time spiral/planar chaos events. So its a copy of Dominiria, but pristine and new

Started in that cycle. It was reprinted in Lorwyn.

Birdbrain

Actualy. {nimus maze} seems the most likley possibility. It fits in with Greek mythology, about the labyrinth and the Minotaur. And {labyrinth Minotaur} is blue. So I think Mikefrompluto is right

That_Guy

I can't possibly be the only one that wants to see cycling back in this block can i?

rarehuntertay

Just as long as its the original cycling, not landcycling
