My brother his senior year did that except he put them in lockers with his own locks and set them off for I between classes

Your state may have legalized it but the Feds still have it outlawed. American legal system makes no sense lol. Legal in the state but illegal in America....hunh?

Exactly. Feds can still come in and arrest people if they so desire. They just won't get help from the state. It makes 0 sense.
