Uhhh comp issues

I turned my computer back on and its just a blank decorated blue screen with the 'Windows 7 Home Premium' tag at the bottom and a mouse cursor that i can move around. Ive turned it off and on so many times and gotten the same thing. Wtf?

Hehehe my computer told me that my hard drive wasn't detected recently. So I reformatted the mother.....well, you know.

Google!  That's how I've fixed a lot of my problems! 

Actually had to use google to find out how to cheat my way around a buggered cutscene in FF7 tonight
