Technically i dont even have a deck right now. I should have everything up and running tomorrow or thursday though if you'd still be up for it.

Blue is slow and a blast. I am tempted to give negative karma, although i shall not
It wouldnt warrant neg karma in the first place, plus that's your opinion.
How is it fun to go to a 5 round deathmatch on half the games you play (what i see out of control at out fnm)?
I'm a hardcore spike player type, so control is boring and stupid to me.
Can you not be a spike control player? We have the most honorable member of our community who just placed 3rd in his state with esper control, more than most can boast. The fun is predicting interactions of cards and determining the pace and style of the game(for control players of course). There is plenty of fun in that style for many. Unfortunately MtG barely even acknowledges it anymore, which is why so many people probably think aggro is the be all end all of magic. Bleh, i think control is fun to sum everything up.

Well... {Loxodon Smiter},  {Rhox Faithmender},  {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice},  {Centaur Healer}.

All awesome anti Agro cards.

Completely agreed. It's 1000 times more fun to have extremely long games, versus games that don't even last 2 minutes. I feel like those who believe aggro is always the best way to go are generally newbies, because they are attracted to the idea of winning easily. Not saying Slenderbro here is a newbie, just saying he most likely is. Lol

Why do you think I play Junk Reanimator?  ;)

Thank you for the kind words. 1+

Dennis in Rogue T3ch falls into that catagory, he is an amazing aggro player that loves to play control. When he finds a deck that ha the right balance of the two he's nearly unstoppable.

Lifegain really is the most anti aggro non blue strategy I can think of. I will highly recommend not hating on any color in magic, they all have a unique way of achieving any goal you set your mind to. I can however more than sympathize with avoiding a color due to lack of that color's staples.

Blue through the ages has been the strongest color, but some very strong design changes has balanced the colors more than ever before. Black seems to be the weakest color but it supports others quite well.

As for esper control it can be true control like mine or a more control minded midrange like the majority of esper lists floaing around right now.

I don't hate blue... I just don't have the cards to build control but I have the cards to build any non control deck besides voice,

You know, I've never been a huge fan of control until I tryed it. It's fun, just like most decks in magic are. But I prefer to play creatures and be able to attack with those rather than waiting for my opponent to attempt to play something, then saying  {Dissipate}.

I've been playing Naya midrange and BUG immortal servitude (rouge deck builders list) lately, and I'm enjoying both of them, control is not my style.

But on the whole topic of this post, like some other ppl hav been saying, life gain is always great against Aggro. Junks a fun deck to use and there's a great Junk tokens/lifegain deck on YouTube. I'd suggest looking into that and see if you like it.

Honestly though really removal kills aggro don't play Farseeks against aggro yes you want to get that Thrag out early, but as an aggro player I lick my lips when I see a tapped board on turn 2 with no creatures it's just a nightmare waiting to happen so big thing is early lifegain and good blockers even just chump blockers

Just a question why no blue?
Because let's face it, blue is boring and slow.

{Kraken Hatchling} stops aggro T1
