How crazy would this be to make for the app?

I'd spend 20 on the option. And buy you a beer.

Just out of curiosity how come cockatrice developer is getting away with it ? Is it because the app and the cards are "2 different entities"?

Because they don't live in the USA, neither is their server based in the USA.  Even though, they were striked one or 2 times already, and they do not have a company, so it makes it hard to target them.
