It can't be destroyed by normal damage effects. If 3 damage is dealt to a 3/3 indestructible, it doesn't die. However, permanently  making its toughness 0 or below or exiling it or any other type of removal is valid

So wait if its toughness goes down to 0 it dies? I thought it had to be negative.

If it gets negative counters that bring its toughness to 0 or less. It dies.

If it is permenantly reduced by counters to 0 or below; it dies.

No need to be permanent. Until end of turn effects kill it the same way if they make her toughness 0 or lower

I was worried about that because a few of my cards are only like -1/-1 or -5/-5 until end of turn

So a Morbid  {Tragic Slip} can kill  {Avacyn, Angel of Hope}. As an example.

It could kill a {blightsteel colossus} lol
