The first piece of advice would be to trim your deck down to 60 cards. After doing that, you will want a playset of your staple cards that make the deck run. Before I can help you any further, I need to know what you want this deck to do. Right now it is all over the place and needs to be more focused on one game plan with a potential back up plan B.

Lol woops quoteception there.
Anyways I like being able to keep my life flow steady not dropping while being able to stop monsters and well just kinda poke at them until their decks fall.this is what I want to be able to do.
And the myr are there for extortion and also just kinda an unexpected twist to confuse my opponents. (mainly i need aid cuz I play against Rakdos and Mill decks that crush me every time :'( )

I see, so might I comprise a list for you then? I can build one that stops creatures, Mill, and maintains a flow of life rather easily.

That would be most helpful.
As long as it stays black white.
Because I truly don't have the funds to deviate from that path.

Here is a list based on what we talked about. This is more of a streamlined aggressive control list designed to deal with what problems you have been facing with other decks.

Creatures- 16
4 {Vampire Nighthawk}
4 {Basilica Guards}
4 {King Pin's Pet}
2 {High Priest of Penance}
2 {Treasury Thrull}

Enchantments- 6
4 {One Thousand Lashes}
2 {Pacifism}

Spells- 8
4 {Tribute to Hunger}
2 {Consuming Vapors}
2 {Merciless Eviction}

Artifacts- 4
2 {Mindslaver}
2 {Elixir of Immortality}

Planeswalkers- 1
1 {Sorin Markov}

Lands- 25
13 {Swamp}
9 {Plains}
3 {Orhzov Guildgate}

The premise is simple. Against aggro decks you keep removing threats and gaining life. You should be able to win a war of attrition and blow them out with a Mindslaver or Sorin. Against control you keep laying the threats down (do not overextend). Against mill you have elixir and a way faster clock then them. This list is pretty budget friendly and should be doable to build. I have every card listed if you need any of them. Keep in mind that this is not a standard deck and is just a casual deck that I tailored to answer the problems you have been facing up to this point.

I do believe I said I have every card listed if you need them (it may have slipped my mind as I am really tired at the moment). I sent you a PM regarding all of the cards you are missing.
