Well I'm glad that at least this time around its only slivers that "you control".

I didn't even notice that until you said something.  I thought a two headed giant team playing slivers would be pretty unstoppable; giving each other abilities and such.  Effecting all slivers could really change your tactics though;  would you play a sliver if your opponent was playing slivers as well, or hold onto it until you could clear his board?

Aren't Slivers just the Zerg? But in Magic terms they make each other more powerful instead of swarming in great numbers, as swarming in magic would create a great barrier to overcome.

tokens? What if each sliver could produce tokens. And had populate effects. Then they could swarm

Likewise. Seems rather rediculous that they would make them humanoid. Leave them looking like Alien from Aliens movies with a rediculously powerful evolution aspect.
