Slivers are definitely better at evolution than the simic. Though spot removal does change things massively in a sliver game, I will be playing  {Merciless Eviction} at my lg as most players here are super excited about slivers.

You see, I see that as standard it sucks, because with all this .poo. Going on it does.  Think modern though, that card with a {True Believer} with something like a {Xenograph} maybe, and you have a practically game set match.

I hope they arent too OP, or OP at all.. I actualy hope they become fun and complex not 'oh i drew these 5 slivers, so ill win by habing 5 slivers with 5 awesome effects'

And next game being 'oh i drew these 4 slivers... Etc etc'

Bird, you're correct. Valkyries are Norse. If they do amazonians, they better do Spartans.

Concerning slivers, eh it's just gonna be a cute tribal that'll be decent for the time that  {Cavern of Souls} is still around but I don't think it'll be tops. Especially with the mana cost of these guys. It's like looking at bad reproductions.  {Horned Sliver} and  {Heart Sliver} vs these guys?

Amazonian's and Spartans are both part of Greek mythology. If either is missing, ill be disappointed with the Theros block

I wasn't going to say anything about it but its driving me crazy, they're called amazons guys not amazonians, other than that I agree with everything said, amazons, Spartans, titans, gods, hell I hope they throw in some heroes too: Achilles, Heracles, Theseus, Odysseus, Perseus, and monsters: Scylla, harpies, medusa, chimera, the nimean lion, the Cretan Minotaur, and of course the Cretan labyrinth would make a good mythic land
