Mono-White Aggro need feedback

I have been using this deck for a while would like some feedback for upgrade.

{War Falcon}x4
{Spectral Rider}x4
{Aven Squire}x4
{Crusader of Odric}x4
{Doomed Traveler}x4
{Elite Inquisitor}x4
{Knight of Glory}x4
{Oblivion Ring}x4
{Precinct Captain}x4
{Silverblade Paladin}x4

{Plains}x20

I know I need some cooler lands but they are effective in this deck this deck is 10-4

 {Mikaeus, the Lunarch} is a  {Gavony Township} for mono white. He's super good!  {Boros Reckoner} would be great too if you aren't on a budget

Maybe an  {Odric, Master Tactician} or two to get damage through easier

Those three cards are definitely upgrades but what should I exchange

{Crusader of Odric} and  {Aven Squire} are easily replaceable. I would also think about  {Champion of the Parish}. It's difficult to get mono white very big and he can get pretty big with enough humans

Yeah I have definitely had my eyes on sublime to replace crusader it's a great 4 cast seriously

Replaced  {War Falcon}x4 with  {Mikaeus, the Lunarch}x4
Replaced  {Doomed Traveler}x4 with  {Champion of the Parish}x4
Replaced {Crusader of Odric}x4 with {Boros Reckoner}x4
Replaced {Precinct Captain}x4 with {Sublime Archangel}x4
{Aven Squire}x4
{Elite Inquisitor}x4
{Knight of Glory}x4
{Silverblade Paladin}x4   
{Oblivion Ring}x4

Replaced {Plains}x4 with {Cathedral of War}x4
Replaced {Plains}x4 with {Thespian's Stage}x4
{Plains}x12   

Would love some feed back on changes hopefully this deck will be effective as was its original incarnate.

You only need 2 of each non plains lands,
You'll get mana problems also  {Faith's Shield}
Is good at dodging removal and getting in the final damage for an exalted creature

Seems about right but I'm gonna drop all thespians and add back plains then probably drop 1 cathedral, lunarch, sublime, and champion and put in faith shield that's an awesome card completely forgot about it.
