Do creature tokens go to the graveyard b4 they vanish???

Yes they trigger graveyard effects.

no, they dont go to the graveyard, but they do activate go to the graveyard effects

Can you share an example?

If you have a {Grave Pact} on the battlefield, and someone {Doom Blade}s your 1/1 Spirit token, they would have to sac a dude too.

Tokens hit the graveyard for 1 second then exiled or vanish that's why they activate enter the graveyard abilites but you can't revive them or bring them back

Undying tokens would be epic

I might be mistaken but don't tokens get exiled whenever they change sones? So undying tokens wouldn't work. And also returning target creature to it's owner's hand would exile it.

Correct.  If a Token goes to any other zone, it {Blink}s out of existence.
