Edit: Hehe ok then to be precise he will not have mana for that turn three in the case how he deacribed... But of course with T3 land drop no problem and really nice combination...;)

In attempt to make it more consistent, you need to figure out what sort of opening hand you need. And what the possibilities of getting it.
Even to make it a turn 4 win when you don't get turn 3 cards.

Cull everything that does not work towards this end and then find the cards that help you get there.
Fix mana if needed.

What is your optimal opening hand? (Best 7 cards for it to happen) and what happens of you only get 6 of them? Can you still make it go off turn 4? Etc

Arbor elf only untaps forests so you would have to wait until turn 3 anyway


Edit: my bad not really you would have to take the shock though

Maybe  {Domri Rade} to get  {Nivix Cyclops} and  {Uncovered Clues} to fill out spells, just a suggestion though.

I feel like there should be another creature to Voltron In this deck. I'm trying to think of other good doublestrike creatures. There is a human 1/1 doublestriker but I don't remember it's name or CMC or if it's even in the colors.

Your could add  {Blessings of Nature} for its miracle cost. It will give you something to peel off the top if your missing the giant growth.

Cool deck man!  I've been working on a similar deck, but is doesn't run {G}, just {U}/{R}.  I have  {Delver of Secrets} in it, and some burn for removal, and  {Mizzium Skin}, wich does the same thing as your  {Ranger's Guile}.  I'll post it later, and you can check it out.

What about  {Cloudfin Raptor} as your other creature. It has evasion and buffs itself when you play BTE or the cyclops.
