Thoughts on extort combo

We all know vizkopa guildmage + exquisite blood + anything with extort = infinite combo, but i want to hear some ideas for forcing the needed cards into hand as fast as possible.

Questions comments concerns ideas, post em on up :-D

Ramp with  {Farseek}, {Avacyn's Pilgrim} and  {Arbor Elf} and use  {Diabolic Revelation} to fetch the guildmage and blood.

{Council of the Absolute} would be good to use for the {Diabolic revelation} if you end up playing another {council of the absolute} you could alway say {Oblivion Ring} or {Exquisite Blood} to be able to cast {exquisite blood} and {Vizkopa guildmage} same turn for 2WBB. Game 2 you could say {slaughter games} or {Mizzium Mortars} with a second {Council of the Absolute}.
Im pretty sure its any damage they recieve or any health you gain. Doesnt need to be both at the same time.

Heres a deck i thought mite be quick at doing the combo. Maybe not so efficient at the moment though.

Creatures - 16
{Arbor Elf} x4
{Avacyn's Pilgrim} x4
{Vizkopa Guildmage} x4
{Council of the Absolute} x4

Spells - 20
{Farseek} x4
{Heroes' Reunion} x2
{Diabolic Revelation} x4
{Detention Sphere} x4
{Oblivion Ring} x2
{Exquisite Blood} x4

Lands - 24
{Temple Garden} x4
{Overgrown Tomb} x4
{Breeding Pool} x4
{Hallowed Fountain} x4
{Glacial Fortress} x4
{Godless Shrine} x4

Im sure this could be done very differently instead with cards like {Think Twice}, {Divination}, and you could always {Sphinx's Revelation} for 1 lol. I havent tested this yet but i think i mite when i get the chance.

{Ashnod's Altar} almost does that. Best thing for black mana is probably {Phyrexian Tower}.

I can, and will. They might still bring it back though. There's really nothing I can do about it. I can come up with broken combos for the mechanic though and hope that the stars align and its not brought back
