Vorel has the ability for {U} {G} {T} for each counter on target creature, artifact, or land put another one of those counters on target permanent.

Ral's +1 tap target permanent then untap another permanent.

My idea, use Ral's +1 to use the Vorel ability twice a turn.

Not saying it's easy, but it's interesting
