Are any of the more competitive players out there in the iMtG world willing to create a team with a website that publishes articles such as deck techs and tournament reports?

Maybe

I'm planning to start playing competitivly as soon as dragons maze comes out, and shock lands drop to affordable prices. And I want to do a few deck techs on here. That is if a deck of mine does well

Shock lands won't go down, the print run is way to small

1/2 the amount they did in the other sets. Which will still drive the price down

I think we need to have like auditions for it since it is competitive... Like submitting a home brew deck tech (NO net decks) and like the top 5 or something make it

Isn't part of playing competitive working with netdecks also? You know..because those are the decks you're most likely to face on a competitive level.

Yes, but the next level up in my opinion is finding non-netdecks that do well in your meta that no one is expecting and doesnt have sideboards for. ie, cifka's eggs in pro tour rtr. It was a sorta net deck but no one was really expecting it which allowed it to do well because no sideboards were tuned against it.
Edit: also sam black's the aristocrats is a good example of this as well as kiblers modern naya
