Why did i lose karma?

Why did i lose 3 karma from giving a heartfelt apology? Can someone please fix it so i can become a trusted trader again.

Only one person can fix it and that is you. It will take time, lots of it. It will require giving your cards first to receive. It could take years. But the place to start is giving the Money back that you ripped off. Hopes this helps
