Update binder, images, prices

So I bought a few things that I thought would help make the app more useful, so far they haven't. I can't seem to see prices, and only a few images show up, and I don't exactly know how, how to create a trade binder. I've updated the offline cache and prices. Can anyone help with these issues? Thanks

Clicking on a card will come up with the tcgplayer price and the card's info page. This will also show the card's image; if not, refresh the page and it should fix the problem. Scrolling down (below the card image) will give you the option to add it to one of your binders or deck. To put it in your trade binder, select the amount and put that many in under "trade". To make your trade and needed binders public, hit "update private page" from the main iMtG menu.

Thanks, but I think I have deleted the "Trade Binder" I bought the unlimited binder, how do I add more?
